工作職責:
1、實現客房銷售和收益的最大化,其中以客房促銷最為重要。
2、及時高效的處理來自不同渠道的預定。
3、每日檢查當日所有新預定,取消或變更的預定,確保信息準確無誤及時通知相關部門。
4、每日檢查3-5日的預抵散客及團隊預定確保客人信息,需求,價格等信息準確無誤。
5、完成當班文秘工作,具體包括準備往來文件,文件的歸檔,發(fā)送傳真,電子郵件等。
6、 一直保持積極的銷售態(tài)度,不錯失酒店范圍內的任何銷售機會。
7、發(fā)展酒店散客及團隊預定團隊,并且確保每次的電話查詢,保證最大收益。
8、確保傭金需求被正確,及時的跟進。
9、確保所有的被拒業(yè)務根據原因加以歸檔。
10、確保所有往來文件被及時歸檔,其信息準確無誤。
Job Description:
1、 Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling.
2、Check daily all new reservations, cancel or change reservations, make sure information passed to relative departments are correct.
3、Check arrival guests or groups of 3-5 daily, making sure the guest information, requirements and price information is correct.
4、Perform duties of secretarial nature including preparing correspondence, maintaining files, sending faxes, email, etc.
5、Always maintain a sales attitude, not losing any sales opportunity in the hotel.
6、?Develop the Reservations and Group & Tour teams to maximize revenue on all enquiries.
7、Make sure all commissions are correct and followed-up on promptly.
8、Make sure all reject business is filed with the reasons.
9、 Ensure that all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and updated information.
10、Comply to the hotel credit policy and make sure all forecast revenues are met.
