1. Major responsibilities 主要職責
· Develop L&D policies as required.
根據要求制定學習與發展政策。
· Develop and monitor annual and monthly training budget.
制定并監控年度及月度培訓預算。
· Conduct needs analysis with department managers to assess specific learning needs.
與部門經理合作進行需求分析,確定學習需求。
· Maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative and innovative training programs (on-line or off-line)
熟悉當前法定的培訓項目的要求,以及開發一些創新的培訓項目(線上或者線下)
· Conduct training programs such as Orientation, English training, customer service programs, supervisory and management skills programs, and other components of the LHI Learning & Development Framework as necessary.
根據需要開展各項培訓課程,如入職培訓、英語培訓、客戶服務培訓、管理技能培訓及朗廷酒店集團學習與發展框架中的其他培訓項目。
· Coordinate training programs with external consultants such as beauty make-up class, grooming class, fire safety training, first aid class, hygiene class, etc.
與外方顧問協調化妝、儀容儀表、防火安全、急救、衛生等培訓項目。
· Evaluate training effectiveness by conducting training audits and produce audit reports for management review.
通過審核評估培訓效果,制作審核報告交管理層審閱。
· Develop Departmental Trainers System by conducting Train-the-trainer program, monthly training plan and report system, etc.
通過培訓員培訓、月度培訓計劃和報告系統等發展部門培訓員系統。
· Conduct monthly departmental trainer meeting.
組織每月部門培訓員會議。
· Sit-in departmental training sessions and give feedback to departmental trainers.
旁聽部門培訓并向部門培訓員提供反饋。
· Develop and monitor Best Trainer Award system.
發展和監控最佳培訓員獎勵系統。
· Monitor and oversee all departmental learning programs including, Departmental Orientation, FLHSS (Fire Life Health Safe Security), etc
監督和管理所有部門學習項目,包括部門入職、防火、生命健康、安保培訓等。
· Develop and present Annual and Monthly Training Plan and Calendar.
制定出臺年度和月度培訓計劃和日程安排。
· Recruit and monitor student trainees and management trainees according to annual plan.
根據年度計劃招聘并監督學校實習生及管理實習生。
· Conduct monthly trainee meeting.
組織每月實習生會議。
· Monitor and control training resources.
監管培訓資源。
· Track, input and maintain all individual colleague learning & development records within HRMIS System.
在人力資源管理信息系統內跟蹤、錄入及管理所有員工的學習與發展記錄。
· Maintenance of attendance records and other documentation related to the Learning & Development efforts.
維護與學習和發展活動有關的考勤記錄和其他文件。
· Maintain creative training communication channels (Wechat, Notice Board, emails or other platform).
管理各個培訓溝通渠道,保證其內容新穎。
· Observe and appraise colleague performance during sessions, providing feedback to management which would facilitate improvements in accordance to LHI standards with regard to product and performance.
評估員工在各階段的表現并向管理層反饋,以促進產品和績效按朗廷酒店集團的標準不斷得以提高和完善。
· Support all efforts to enliven our Company’s Vison, Mission, Objective & Values (VMOV) Brand Promise, and Quality and Guest Experiences programs throughout the hotel leading by example and serving as a role model.
支持酒店內一切以實例和楷模活化公司遠景、使命、目標、信念,品牌承諾以及顧客體驗項目。
· Ensure security and confidentiality of all information throughout the hotel.
保證酒店所有信息機密安全。
· Plan and conduct meetings with EXCO members, department managers, departmental trainers and rest of colleagues to review performance trends, develop action plans and give recognition.
組織會議,與行政委員會委員、部門經理、部門培訓員及其他員工研究業績走向、制定行動方案并給予肯定。
· Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.
執行任何管理層委托的工作。

2. Human Resources responsibilities 人力資源職責
· Work closely with entire HR Team with regard to promoting an “employer of choice” philosophy.

· Career development programs for colleagues.
為員工提供職業發展計劃。
· Involvement in the local community.
積極參與當地社區活動。
· Assist in all colleague recognition programs such as Thank-you Card, Colleague of the Month, Birthday parties, annual party, holiday parties & celebrations.

Educational Background 教育背景
· Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Communications, Education, Psychology, Fine Arts or other related areas.
人事、酒店管理、傳播、教育、心理學、文學或其他相關專業學歷
· Previous HR experiences a plus.

Experience 工作經驗
A minimum of 5 years in training experience, preferably within the hospitality field or high end customer service discipline

Knowledge of different departments within a hotel setting.

Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks.

Strong Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.? Digital Imaging knowledge preferable.
