GENERALMISSION 職責(zé)概述
Underthe general guidance and supervision of the Director of Human Resources, theHuman Resources Officer will assist in planning, managing, controlling, coordinatingand participating personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages,salary, labor and associate relations, recruitment, as well as recommending,implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules,regulations and program for staff.
在人力資源總監(jiān)的統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與管理下,人力資源主管負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)劃、管理、控制、協(xié)調(diào)與參與員工福利、員工工資、勞資關(guān)系、新員工的招聘等方面的人事工作;并負(fù)責(zé)制訂、完善、執(zhí)行酒店的規(guī)章制度,工作程序和其它員工活動(dòng)。

1.?Develops and implements recruitment and screening system.
實(shí)施與完善員工的招聘與篩選程序。
2.?Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures forrecruitment.
協(xié)助制訂招聘的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制度與程序。
3.?Ensures timely recruitment of staff.
保證新員工的及時(shí)招收。
4.?Associate Check In辦理員工登記手續(xù)
5.?Keeps updated with new associate arrival dates
保持新報(bào)道的員工日期最新化。
6.?Prepares to receive new associates.
準(zhǔn)備迎接新員工。
7. Informs to issue ID cards, meal cards,lockers, etc. to new associates.
發(fā)放新員工工作證,更衣柜、銘牌等。
8.?Opens and maintains a file for each associate.
建立和維護(hù)每個(gè)員工的檔案。
9.??Maintains up to date personal records for all associates.
更新維護(hù)每個(gè)員工的人事記錄。
10.?Issues separation clearance form to leaving associates.
為離職的員工辦理離職手續(xù)。
11.?Collects all hotel-issued items from leaving associate andrecords receipt of such items.
收齊離職員工所有酒店給予的項(xiàng)目,并記錄每一項(xiàng)目的收條。
12.?Coordinates with Division Heads to arrange for ExitInterviews.
與人力資源部總監(jiān)一起協(xié)調(diào)安排離職面試。
13.?Maintains updates all leave records of associates to ensurethat all leaves are promptly cleared.
更新和維護(hù)所有離職員工的記錄并保持離職手續(xù)迅速進(jìn)行。
14.??Maintains and enhances staff welfare to ensure high morale.
保持和提高員工工作積極性。
15.?Overseas the provision of quality meals for staff by eatingregularly at the staff restaurant.
監(jiān)督員工餐廳定期用餐的飯菜質(zhì)量。
16.?Ensures that locker rooms and other facilities are in properorder, making regular inspections.
保證更衣室和其它便利設(shè)置按規(guī)定次序進(jìn)行。
17.? Expatriate Work Permits, Residence Permits and Visas
外籍人員工作許可證。
18.?Contacts concerned personnel of the Sichuan Province LaborBureau, Sichuan Province Public Security Bureau and other authorities to applyfor the work permit, residence permit and visa for expatriates within 30 daysof their arrival.
職系四川省勞動(dòng)局,四川省公安局其它權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)并在外籍人員到達(dá)30天內(nèi)申請(qǐng)外籍人員工作許可證,居留證和簽證。
19.?Contacts travel agents for ticket purchase for expatriates andother staff as requested.
聯(lián)系旅行代理商并為外籍人員及有外出旅行需求的員工購(gòu)票。
20.?Ensures staff compliance with hotel policies and procedures aswell as with government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
確保員工服從酒店的政策和手續(xù)以及政府有關(guān)雇用的規(guī)章制度。
21.?Contacts the Health Quarantine for associate pre-employmentmedical check-up.
聯(lián)系健康檢疫站進(jìn)行有關(guān)員工首次報(bào)到的醫(yī)療檢查。
22.?Oversees selected staff activities to ensure effective staffmanagement.
監(jiān)督員工選舉活動(dòng),確保有效的員工管理。
23.?Assists in the communication flow to all hotel staff throughnotice board, newsletter, bulletin and direct communication with staffregarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
通過(guò)員工布告欄,信函或直接聯(lián)系等方式,向員工宣傳好人事制度和飯店規(guī)章。
ADMINISTRATIVERESPONSIBILITIES行政職責(zé)
1.? Formulates and administers Human Resources policies andprocedures.
有系統(tǒng)地陳述和管理人力資源部的政策和程序。
2.?Prepares and maintains the Human Resources Manual for thehotel, seeing that its philosophy, policies and procedures are carried out.
準(zhǔn)備和維護(hù)人力資源部的酒店手冊(cè),并保持其條理性,政策程序的貫徹執(zhí)行。
3.?Keeps track of expatriate permits validity and handlesrenewal/extension of such permits.
保存外籍人員許可證的確實(shí)性和每個(gè)許可證明的操作更新及延伸。
4.?Maintains and updates staff records, legal documents, policiesand procedures and other personnel matters.
管理和更新員工的檔案、法律法規(guī)文件、飯店規(guī)章制度與工作程序,以及其它人事文件。
5.?Prepares and submits periodic personnel reports such asturnover, personnel inventories, recruitment, staff accident.
定期準(zhǔn)備并提交人事報(bào)告,匯報(bào)如人員的流動(dòng),員工人數(shù),招聘新員工和員工事故情況。
6.?Follows up closely the end of probation period date and end ofcontract date.
密切跟蹤員工試用期或合同的到期期限。
7.?Assist in establishing personnel department budget.
協(xié)助計(jì)算人力資源部所需預(yù)算。
8.?Assist in establishing HR department and Training and employee activity.
協(xié)助人力資源部和培訓(xùn)部的培訓(xùn)及員工活動(dòng)。
9.?Monitors the staff performance review.?
監(jiān)督對(duì)員工工作表現(xiàn)的評(píng)估。
10.?Pension calculation & communication with pension center.
負(fù)責(zé)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)統(tǒng)籌金的核算,做好向地社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)統(tǒng)籌的咨詢工作。
11.?Prepares associate name list; check with the list issued by Pension Center.
準(zhǔn)備員工名單,對(duì)照社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)統(tǒng)籌的名單。
12.?Collects all government pension & medical insurance policyand keep good communication with top management.
注意收集政府有關(guān)社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)統(tǒng)籌和醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的政策,與相關(guān)管理人員保持良好的關(guān)系。
COMMERCIALRESPONSIBILITIES商業(yè)職責(zé)
1.?Keeps track of associates’ birthdays and give proposals tocelebrate them on a monthly basis.
保存員工的生日日期,并根據(jù)每月的基礎(chǔ)建議員工的慶祝活動(dòng)。
2.?Actively participates in the organization of all staffactivities.
積極參與酒店組織的所有員工活動(dòng)。
3.?Actively participates in the Associate Opinion Survey andprovides suggestions to improve associate situation.
積極參與員工意見(jiàn)考察和提供改善員工情況的建議。
4.?Acts on all associate correspondence within 48 hours.
有關(guān)員工的信件在48小時(shí)之內(nèi)給予回復(fù)。
HUMANRESPONSIBILITIES人事職責(zé)
1.?Receives visitors and candidates in a professional manner aswell as ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous delivery of service to them.
以專業(yè)的方式迎接視察員和求職應(yīng)征者,以及為其提供迅速,有效禮貌的服務(wù)。
2.?Counsels’ hotel personnel as needed in the area of careerplanning, job transfer, staff relations and legal requirement related topersonnel.
對(duì)酒店員工進(jìn)行人事咨詢,包括工作崗位的選擇、調(diào)動(dòng)工作、同事關(guān)系以及有關(guān)人事法律、法規(guī)等方面。
3.?Implements an effective staff relations and motivation programin the hotel.
促進(jìn)員工關(guān)系、調(diào)動(dòng)員工積極性。
4.?Develops and implements programs to ensure staff security andsafety.
制訂并完善員工安全保障制度。
5.?Disseminates information regarding staff activities, hotelpersonnel policies, procedures, and any information related toemployer-associate relations.
