JOB OVERVIEW 職位概述
Responsible forthe all marketing related activities within the Food & Beverage division.This includes but is not limited to all direct sales and promotional relatedactivities of the F&B division.

The F&BSales Manager will keep up to date with market trends, challenges andopportunities within the division and make suggestions on how to promote theoutlets and generate more revenue. He/ she will actively involve him/ herselfin the daily operation by supporting the ADOFB with marketing needs and tools.He/ she will attend the daily briefing, focusing and tracking VIP membershipsales and function ability within the hotel.

Adhere tolocal regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements,as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

·Prepare, manage, monitor andanalyse all promotional activities.

·Constantly obtain feedbackthrough research from guests and colleagues and use provided information aspart of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenues and monitoreffectiveness of all promotions.

·To maintain an updatedcompetitor analysis and price variance report as outlined.

·To digest analytical andcreative suggestions from the restaurant’s table management system and proposenew avenues of revenue stream on a monthly basis.

·To supervise any promotion asassigned by his/ her superiors.
