Represent management in the importantarea of relations with the guest.?Beprimarily responsible to take care of hotel guestrequirement and handle effectively their complaints
代表管理層在酒店重要區(qū)域同客人進(jìn)行聯(lián)系。對酒店客人的請求做出第一回應(yīng),高效處理客人投訴,作為酒店的首要接待者,親自歡迎客人,并為其提供幫助和服務(wù),包括客人應(yīng)得到的特別關(guān)照。

To handle matters related with proper billing and investigate any guestcomplaints.
處理賬單相關(guān)的事務(wù),調(diào)查任何客人投訴。

Responds to guest needs and resolves any issues that may arise.
回應(yīng)客人需求,并解決所發(fā)生的任何問題。

Supervises, directs and supports Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations andExecutive floor?during peak periods.
在酒店生意高峰期時(shí),管理、指導(dǎo)和支持前臺接待、禮賓部、賓客關(guān)系和行政樓層。

Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
在重要客人的問候、入住和送別時(shí),協(xié)助賓客關(guān)系工作。

To keep a good relation with long staying guest &repeat guest& tenant, to satisfied guest and gain guests loyalty.
同長住客人、常客和租客保持良好的關(guān)系,滿足客人需求,獲得客人對酒店的忠誠。

To make periodicguest room and public area inspection so as to be thoroughly knowledgeable oftheir location and to check their standard of appearance and cleanliness.
定期檢查對客房和公共區(qū)域,徹底了解酒店各設(shè)施的位置,并檢查它們的外觀和清潔是否達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

To be involved in the Front Desk operations such as Front Office Cashierprocedures,?C/I&C/O,?room status andavailability of rooms.
關(guān)注前臺的運(yùn)作,例如前臺收銀程序,入住和退房手續(xù),房態(tài)和客房可用情況

Be familiar with hotel?current occupancyand room availability, to control hotel roomstatus while full house and turn away the reserved guest when hotel is fully occupied?
熟知酒店當(dāng)前的入住率和房間可用情況,滿房時(shí)控制房態(tài),并在酒店客滿時(shí)避開客人預(yù)訂
