Job Description:
1.查看交班記錄,了解上一班的移交事項(xiàng),并負(fù)責(zé)處理。
1.Check the handover record, understand the handover of the previous shift, and be responsible for handling it.
2.熟悉預(yù)訂資料,了解客情,尤其要記住即將來電的貴賓、常客的姓名,了解酒店的所有活動(dòng)。
2. Be familiar with the reservation information, understand the guest situation, especially remember the names of the VIPs and frequent customers who are about to call, and understand all the activities of the hotel.
3.熟悉酒店有關(guān)客房銷售的各項(xiàng)政策,向來店賓客推銷客房,努力爭取最好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
3. Be familiar with the hotel's policies on room sales, sell rooms to guests, and strive for the best economic benefits.
4.預(yù)知客人需求,收集客人喜好,并確保這些需求和喜好在客人入住期間會(huì)被一直滿足。
4.Anticipate guests' needs, collects guests preferences, and ensure the
needs and preferences will be met during current stay and future stays.
5.熟練掌握店內(nèi)信息,提供準(zhǔn)確的問訊服務(wù)。
5. Proficient in in-store information and provide accurate inquiry service.
6.負(fù)責(zé)為下榻酒店的賓客辦理入住登記手續(xù)。
6. Responsible for the check-in procedures for the guests staying at the hotel.
7.保證將任何來自客人或其它部門的反饋及時(shí)并準(zhǔn)確地匯報(bào)給前臺主管及值班經(jīng)理。

other departments.
8.執(zhí)行前臺房間銷售升級和雅高心悅界會(huì)員招募計(jì)劃,以最大化收益和客人忠實(shí)度。
8.Implement up-selling and ALL member enrollment, to maximize room revenue
& guest loyalty.
崗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.大專及以上文化程度,優(yōu)秀的中英文聽說讀寫能力。
1. College degree or above, excellent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
2.性格開朗、頭腦靈活、工作踏實(shí),具有較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識、推銷意識和責(zé)任感。
2. Cheerful personality, flexible mind, practical work, strong sense of service, sales awareness and sense of responsibility.
3.在國際酒店內(nèi)從事至少一年類似崗位的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. At least one year of experience in a similar position in an international hotel.
