? Integrate hotel resources, expand activity types, maximize guest needs, and enhance guest activity experience.
整合酒店資源，拓展活動類型，最大限度的滿足賓客需求，提升賓客活動體驗。
? Good at communicating, integrate with guests, and lead them to experience immersive activities.
善于與賓客溝通交流，融入賓客，帶領客人沉浸式體驗活動。
? Combine the regional characteristics of the hotel, enrich the activity product content, and have relevant activity resources.
結合酒店地域特色，豐富活動產品內容，有相關活動合作公司資源。
? Plan the activities in advance to ensure that leisure guests can get a reasonable schedule.
提前策劃店內所有活動，確保休閑度假的客人能得到合理的時間安排。
? Check activity process with PR department in advance to ensure pre-publicity.
提前與公關部核對活動流程，確保前期宣傳到位。
? Arrange and follow up the event preparation progress to ensure the smooth running of the event
安排及跟進活動準備進度，確保活動順利進行。
? Train and lead staff to carry out activities on site to ensure that planned activities are satisfied and
recognized by guests
培訓及帶領員工現場執行活動，確保所策劃活動得到客人的滿意及認可。
? Together with the public relations Department to promote the activities in the later stage and maintaincontinuous voice.
結合公關部做好活動后期宣傳，保持連續發聲。
? Responsible for the arrangement and execution of theatre activities.
負責酒店大劇院活動的安排及執行。
? Inviting guests to participate fans activities to enhance the participation in the hotel.
邀約客戶參加店內和粉絲活動，提升賓客店內活動參與感。
? Strengthen communication with guest and familiar with
popular activities, and identify guest needs
加強與客戶溝通對接，了解時下熱門活動，了解客戶需求。
? Communicate with sales department to help sales identify guest needs of group building activities.
積極與銷售部溝通，幫助銷售與客戶溝通有關團建、集體活動的需求。
? Participate in the operation of fans activities.
參與粉絲活動運營團隊的工作。
? Ensure the activities is well prepared, including staff arrangement, material procurement, etc
監督并確保活動準備充分，包括但不限于人員安排、物料采購等
? Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
完成上級交待的其他任務。
