PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)
1.?????? Inspect every intensive equipment plant room, including Potable water tank / pump, Hot water heat changer room, Generator room, Fire-pump room and Fire control center et al.? Check the water level of tank, the operation condition of water pump, the temperature of heat exchanger primary side and secondary side, water or oil leakage of the equipment and the location of switch and valve.
檢查巡視各重點(diǎn)設(shè)備機(jī)房,如:生活水泵房、熱水換熱機(jī)房、空調(diào)熱交換機(jī)房、發(fā)電機(jī)房、消防泵房及消防控制中心等;檢查水箱水位、水泵是否運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好、換熱器一次/二次溫度、設(shè)備有無(wú)漏水/油、開關(guān)/閥門是否處于正確位置。
2.?????? Inspect the working condition of elevator:
檢查電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài):

b)??????? Whether has unusual sound
有無(wú)異響
c)???????? Whether has friction and scratch.

d)??????? Whether lift out of use for checking or having trouble to ensure it is in progress
有無(wú)停梯檢修、障礙,確保停梯按程序進(jìn)行
3.?????? Inspect the lighting, air-condition temperature and other equipment at each public area
檢查各公共區(qū)域照明、空調(diào)溫度及其它設(shè)施是否良好。
4.?????? Inspect the water temperature, water quality, and the recycle unit operation of swimming pool.
檢查游泳池水溫、水質(zhì)及機(jī)房循環(huán)設(shè)備運(yùn)行是否良好。
5.?????? Inspect the kitchen equipment.
檢查廚房設(shè)備是否工作良好。
6.?????? Inspect the banquet, meeting room and support other department at any time.
檢查宴會(huì)、會(huì)議場(chǎng)地,隨時(shí)給予其它部門支持。
7.?????? Inspect the construction condition of out-comers.
檢查酒店外來人員施工情況。
8.?????? Pay attention to VIP guest room whether needs temporary maintenance.
關(guān)注VIP客人的入住房間是否需要臨時(shí)性的維護(hù)工作。
9.?????? Pay attention to the GEMS, handle the complaint and turn to Technician Assistant to update the system.
關(guān)注客人投訴系統(tǒng),及時(shí)處理問題并告知技術(shù)助理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)更新。
10.?? The regulations for shifting of duty are as followed:
實(shí)行交接班制度如下:
a)???????? Attendees are Duty Engineer, Operation supervisor and colleagues on duty.
參加人員主要有值班工程師、運(yùn)行主管及當(dāng)班員工組成。
b)??????? Handover should be processed 15 minutes ahead of on/off duty.
交接班在上/下班前15分鐘進(jìn)行。
c)???????? Handover must be in person, cannot delay and absence without reason.
交接班必需當(dāng)面進(jìn)行,不可延誤、不可無(wú)故缺席。
d)??????? Handover items: duty log, keys, tools, communication devices et al.
交接班物品:值班記錄、鑰匙、工具、通訊設(shè)施等。
e)???????? Handover contents: Notices, the condition of unfinished works et al.
交接班工作:注意事項(xiàng)、未完成工作狀況等。
f)???????? Handover can be done after signing on the duty log to define responsibility.
值班工程師在工作記錄本上簽字雙方責(zé)任清楚后方可完成。
11.?? Inspect the building lighting, garden lighting and the sign of hotel when light is on in the evening. For example: whether the light is on in time, whether the lighting has damaged, whether the colour?difference exist and whether the appearance is intact.
傍晚亮燈時(shí)刻檢查建筑照明、園林照明及酒店招牌,如:亮燈是否及時(shí)、燈光有無(wú)損壞、顏色有無(wú)差異,外觀是否良好等。
12.?? Overnight Duty Engineer is responsible for recording the usage condition of each energy and also entering, analyzing into computer. Operate the devices under a both reasonable and energy saving condition.
夜班值班工程師負(fù)責(zé)抄錄當(dāng)天各種能源使用情況并進(jìn)行電腦輸入、計(jì)算、分析,把設(shè)備控制在合理化、節(jié)約能源狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行。
13.?? Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate supervisors, Ensures that personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed doing spot checks in the morning
確保工程部所有人員按時(shí)出勤并隨時(shí)保持良好的個(gè)人儀表與衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

14.?? Ensures that house rules are followed and obeyed, Provide complete secretarial support and services and maintains confidentiality in all matters related with the position.
確保遵循酒店規(guī)章,提供全面的協(xié)助性支持與服務(wù),同時(shí)確保與此職位有關(guān)的所有事宜的機(jī)密性。
15.?? Provide unique and high quality service for our guests forwardly.
