主持保安部的日常工作，主持部門例會，按時參加酒店晨會，傳達貫徹總經理指令，溝通上級部門與保安部的聯(lián)系，經常向總經理匯報請示工作，審定酒店“VIP”的警衛(wèi)工作方案，并督促嚴格實施，做好本部門員工的思想工作，搞好團結協(xié)作；

維護酒店的治安，營業(yè)秩序，對重大案件，事故組織調查處理，并協(xié)助公安機關進行偵破，配合公安機關、國家安全機關及其它執(zhí)法機關對違法犯罪活動進行調查取證，對酒店的要害部位加強檢查并完善安全管理制度；
