JOR RESPONSIBILIES【崗位職責(zé)】
1.
To patrol all areas of the hotel, and the outer perimeter, with a view to identifying any threats to the safety and security of hotel guests, associates or properly. Inform duty supervisor & CCTV. Pay particular attention to:
負(fù)責(zé)巡邏所有酒店區(qū)域及外圍,發(fā)現(xiàn)任何可能對(duì)客人、員工、酒店財(cái)產(chǎn)安全和消防方面的隱患,立即通知當(dāng)班督導(dǎo)及監(jiān)控中心,并采取相應(yīng)的措施,特別要注意以下方面:
2.Health and Safety risks. Note any condition that might constitute a risk to the health and safety of guests, associates or visitors. Rectify the situation if possible; otherwise report it to the appropriate department for action. Record the action taken in your patrol report.
安全及健康方面的危險(xiǎn),記錄下任何可能對(duì)客人、員工或訪客產(chǎn)生安全或健康危險(xiǎn)的情況,如果可能應(yīng)立即消除此隱患,否則應(yīng)立即通知相關(guān)部門,在巡邏表上記錄所采取得行動(dòng),并通知當(dāng)班督導(dǎo)。
3.Check that all fire equipment is in place and in working order.
檢查所有消防設(shè)施設(shè)備,確保其在正確的位置并能正常工作
4. Ensure that the doors to the stores, offices and plant rooms are closed and locked when not in use. Ensure that guestroom doors are not left open when guest is not inside the room.
確保倉(cāng)庫(kù)、辦公室、商店、機(jī)房、寫字間的門在不使用時(shí)應(yīng)是上鎖的,確保客人房間在沒(méi)有特殊原因是應(yīng)保持關(guān)閉。
5.In public areas, ensure that guests’ property (handbags, coats etc.) is not at risk, and advise guests accordingly. Attempt to locate the owner of any unattended property. Be aware of the possibility of explosive/ incendiary devices.
在公共區(qū)域時(shí),確保客人財(cái)產(chǎn)如手提包、外套等,不會(huì)處于危險(xiǎn)中,提醒相關(guān)客人注意,對(duì)無(wú)主物品應(yīng)謹(jǐn)慎處理,積極尋找失主,但要意識(shí)到可能發(fā)生的爆炸或引起燃燒的裝置。
6.Politely challenge any persons who seem to you to be suspicious in any way, ensure that anyone without legitimate business in the hotel leaves the premises.
用適當(dāng)?shù)姆绞皆儐?wèn)可疑人員,如有需要應(yīng)將可疑人員或不受歡迎的人員帶離酒店。
7.? Ensure that no deliveries are done though hotel main entrance but that vendors use
receiving area.
供貨商只能使用收貨通道任何人不能攜帶任何物品從正門出入。

Respond to any allegation of a criminal offence committed in the hotel. Speak to the person reporting the offence, and any witnesses, and make written notes of all relevant particulars. Make any further enquiries you consider necessary to confirm whether or not an offence has been committed, and if so, to identify the culprit(s). Request police assistance if you feel that this is necessary, and in any case if the victim wishes this to happen. Make a written report of the incident to be submitted to the Loss Prevention Supervisor in his absence, to the Loss Prevention Manager.
對(duì)違法或犯罪分子的行為和陳述做出反應(yīng),對(duì)涉及人員、證人的陳述做好書(shū)面記錄,對(duì)事件進(jìn)一步詢問(wèn),不管犯罪行為是否已經(jīng)發(fā)生,找出違法犯罪的人員,如有必要聯(lián)系警方尋求幫助,如果受害人有要求,協(xié)助其聯(lián)系警方,做出書(shū)面報(bào)告提交防損主管/ 防損部經(jīng)理。

Respond to any disorderly or violent behavior in the hotel. Any person persisting in disorderly behavior should be removed from the premises. Request police assistance if necessary.
對(duì)暴力或騷亂行為立即采取反應(yīng),對(duì)不聽(tīng)勸阻的人員立即驅(qū)逐出酒店區(qū)域,如有必要聯(lián)系警方幫助。
4.
When dealing with guests, visitors or other associates, display hospitality skills appropriate to a five-star hotel. Guests will see you as a representative of the hotel, and not necessarily as a loss prevention officer, and will come to you with questions and problems which may not be of a security nature. Ensure that your knowledge of the hotel is such that you are able to deal with guest questions and problems. Your attitude towards other associates should be such that they are encouraged to report suspicious incidents to you and speak freely to you on matters affecting security.
在與客人、訪客或其他員工交談時(shí),按照五星級(jí)酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱情待客,客人認(rèn)為你是酒店的代表,盡管你是一名防損員,他也會(huì)詢問(wèn)一些與保安方面無(wú)關(guān)的事。確保有足夠的知識(shí)回答關(guān)于客人的詢問(wèn)和幫助他們解決困難。如果用這種方式對(duì)待員工,他們會(huì)很積極地向你匯報(bào)可疑事件或安全隱患。

As a trained first aid worker, respond immediately to any request to render first aid to any person on the hotel areas.

In rotation with other Loss Prevention officers, carry out the security element of induction training for new starters in accordance with written notes provided.
在換崗交接時(shí),主動(dòng)為接崗或接班人員交待清楚所在區(qū)域的安全問(wèn)題,并做好書(shū)面記錄.
7.
If requested, provide 15-minute training to other departments on security related matters.
根據(jù)實(shí)際要求為其他部門或相關(guān)事件做15分鐘培訓(xùn)。
8.
When stationed at the rear Loss Prevention office by the back door, carry out the following tasks:
作為一名后區(qū)防損員,必須完成以下任務(wù):

Ensure the safe custody of back-of-house keys. Issue the keys on signature to authorized persons and receive them back into safekeeping.
確保酒店日常鑰匙領(lǐng)用正常進(jìn)行,嚴(yán)格按領(lǐng)取程序進(jìn)行。

Deal with deliveries of goods or mails, newspapers to the hotel by either

i.
Summoning a representative from the department to sign for the goods.
通知一名相關(guān)部門人員簽收。
ii.
Signing for them yourself on behalf of the department concerned if you are satisfied that everything is in order, or sending the goods back if you cannot identify the receiving department (Only to be taken as a last resort).
確保一切沒(méi)有問(wèn)題后在相關(guān)部門欄上簽字,如果不能找出是何部門的貨物,要求送貨人員返回(只作為最后一種措施)。

Carry out the documentation required for the processing of new starters and leavers. Prepare and issue clock cards and meal cards when required.
完成相關(guān)記錄或表格,如有需要護(hù)送收銀員機(jī)總出納投取款。

Maintain the lost and found property system in accordance with SOPs.
保證失物找尋欄按規(guī)定程序執(zhí)行。
·
Carry out searches, in accordance with current SOPs, of the bags of associates leaving via the back door.
根據(jù)酒店政策完成對(duì)離開(kāi)酒店員工隨身攜帶物品的檢查。
·
Generally keep the rear Loss Prevention office in a tidy condition, deal with any telephone enquiries and correspondence, bringing this to the attention of the Loss Prevention supervisor where necessary.
確保工作區(qū)域的整潔,通過(guò)電話或書(shū)面要求相關(guān)部門完成,如有必要通知防損主管。

Maintain all the cars parked in good order at parking area, remind driver for the parking risk. Any driver refuse to follow our instruction refuse to their parking request if necessary.
確保酒店停車區(qū)域車輛正常停放,對(duì)不聽(tīng)勸阻的架乘人員可拒絕其停放要求,提醒停車人員做好車輛安全的預(yù)防,對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的停車風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出警告。
9.
When carrying out the night shift, remove as well as performing the tasks of Loss Prevention officer, you will also assume the responsibilities of Manager on Duty. In this capacity you will be required to working closely with Night Manager and making decisions based on yours knowledge of hotel operations. Record any significant occurrences in the Daily Loss Prevention Report, and report to your supervisor.
值夜班時(shí)。除履行工作職責(zé)外,應(yīng)與夜班經(jīng)理密切合作,運(yùn)用你的知識(shí)和技能對(duì)事件作出判斷和決定,并記錄下重要事件,向主管匯報(bào)。
10.
Follow Crisis & Emergency Plan if hotel under emergency situation.
在緊急情況發(fā)生時(shí),完成危機(jī)方案的程序。
JOB SPECIFICATION【崗位要求】
1.25 years old, with a high school education or above, with a height of over 175.
25歲,高中以上文化程度,身高175以上;
2.Hold professional fire protection certificate and know the operation principle of fire protection equipment.
持有專業(yè)消防證書(shū),懂得消防設(shè)備運(yùn)行的原理;
3.Give priority to veterans.
退伍軍人優(yōu)先。
