【工作職責】
協助房務部總監通過管理前廳部實現品牌承諾,包括但不限于前廳部、禮賓部(包括行李員和酒店入口)、賓客服務中心、商務中心、機場服務部和司機班。確保所有前廳部員工遵循品牌承諾并始終提供優異的對客服務。
【任職要求】
1.英語對話流利,有較強的協調管理能力
2.督導前廳各分部員工服務質量標準,操作流程標準并對前廳部各項工作實施全面監管
3.全面掌握前臺收銀方面的財務基礎知識,能處理日常服務環節中所涉及到的財務方面的問題

【Job Responsibilities】
To assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promiseby managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but notlimited to, the Front Desk, Concierge (including bell and the hotelentrance), Guest Service Centre, Business Centre, Airport Services and Transportation.Ensures that all Front Office employeesdeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
【Job Requirements】
1. Fluent in English conversation with strong coordination and management skills
2. Supervise the service quality and operational standards of employees in all sections of the Front Office and implement comprehensive oversight of all Front Office operations
3.?Have a comprehensive grasp of basic financial knowledge related to front desk cash handling and be able to address financial issues that arise in daily service processes
