· To supervise the Front Desk Team. To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all concierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.
監(jiān)督前臺區(qū)域。保證各崗位遵守酒店所有制度、程序以及標準,努力提升賓客滿意度,保證上述區(qū)域始終專業(yè)運作。負責員工招聘、培訓以及發(fā)展,提升員工熱情友好度以及對客服務意識。
