Check the environment and status of Changing
Room on B3, Meanwhile share photo with HR Team.
負責檢查B3男/女更衣室及衛生間/淋浴間,并拍照分享在HR群中。
Check the environment and status of Colleague
Rest Room on B3, Meanwhile share photo with HR Team.
負責檢查B3員工休息室環境,并拍照分享在HR群內。
Coordinate the Connect activity with A Coffee.
負責協調愛咖啡公益活動。
Check the dormitory master list according to
arrangement and communication with dormitory manager.
負責檢查/更新員工宿舍入住明細,與宿舍經理核對在住名單。
Prepare the birthday card and name list for
next month, meanwhile design the poster of colleagues’ birthday on the
information sharing board of B3.
準備下月全酒店員工生日蛋糕賀卡/禮券/名單,制作生日海報于月底張貼至B3樓布告欄。
Design the poster/wechat promotion of activity
according to HR Calendar.
根據員工活動安排,制作活動海報/公眾號。
Design the poster/wechat promotion of Staff
Canteen to HR Calendar.
根據員工餐廳菜單,制作海報/公眾號。

File the staff materials and forms.
負責員工材料與流程單據的分類與歸檔。
Handle the loss procedure of staff
key/name board/pin.
負責酒店物品(鑰匙,名牌,徽章)遺失補辦流程。
Responsible for on boarding
procedure for new hires and demission
procedure for resignation including preparation of related documents.
負責辦理員工入離職手續,并準備相關材料。
Responsible for filing & renew
procedure of Health card.
負責員工健康證的存檔與更新流程。
Input promotion and transfer
information.
錄入員工升職及部門變動信息。
Input and update colleague personal
data.
錄入及更新員工個人信息。
Input and update all leave records
including annual leaves, sick leaves, marriage leaves, etc.
錄入及更新所有休假記錄,包括年假、病假、婚假等。
Input and update disciplinary
action records.
錄入及更新紀律處分記錄。
Input and update all employment
contract dates.
錄入及更新所有雇傭合同起止日期。
Input all separated colleagues
employment dates.
錄入所有離職員工的在職起止日期。
Update personal information changes.
對員工個人信息變動進行更新。
Others 其他
Perform any duties as assigned by the
management deemed necessary.
執行任何管理層委托的工作。

REQUIREMENTS 職位要求
Education 教育程度
Major in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management
酒店管理或人力資源管理專業
Experience 工作經驗
Internship experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel
四星或五星級酒店相關實習經驗
Job Skill / Knowledge 職業技能/知識
good knowledge of local labour law
熟悉本地勞動法
good communication skills
良好的溝通能力
knowledge and experience in social insurance process
有社會保險辦理知識和經驗
familiar with colleague check in and check out process
熟悉員工入職離職手續
Computer Knowledge 電腦知識
good knowledge of MS office software
良好的辦公自動化軟件知識
