Primary Responsibilities 主要職責
·?Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk. Assists the Front Desk to supervise direct and lead the entire executive floor team.
·?Responsible for the daily organization of the section.
·?Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into FOXHIS and is of the lighest quality and errors are kept to an absolute minimum. This practice will allow the production of true and correct statistical imformation which will in turn ensure the overall hotel operation.
·?To be completely aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures of Sofitel Westlake Hangzhou, and the responsiblities in an emergency.
·?Checks the daily Arrival List, Special Arrival List for VIPs, repeat guests and FITs.
· To be responsible for the preparation of all the necessary materials for check-in (i.e. Registration Card, Welcome Folder, Keys etc.) for VIPs, pre-registered guests before their arrival.
· 負責前臺的工作順利有效運行,協助前臺主管管理并團結好員工。
· 負責本崗位的日常組織工作。
· 要負責所有的預訂資料準確地輸入FOXHIS電腦系統中,要將錯誤減少到最少,準確真實的統計資料將保證整個飯店的正常運轉。
· 了解杭州索菲特西湖大酒店消防和安全程序,并要負責前臺的安全。
· 檢查每日預抵客人表、重要客人、回頭客和散客的預抵表。
· 要負責準備客人登記入住時所需要的物品(例如:登記單,歡迎卡,鑰匙等),為重要客人抵達前事先做登記。
Knowledge and Experience 知識和經驗:
· College degree or above, with more than 2 years of working experience in the same position.
· Can use fluent English to work in the front office, proficient in computer operation, and have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
· Self-motivated and good learning ability and ability to withstand pressure.
· 大專以上學歷,有同崗位工作經驗2年以上。
· 能用流利的英語從事前廳服,精通電腦操作,具備較強的英文聽說讀寫能力。
· 有上進心和良好的學習能力和抗壓能力。
