Primary Responsibilities主要職責
1.Set up Talent Dormitory policy and procedures to improve the effectiveness of Talent Dormitory management.
制定并完善人才宿舍管理制度,提高人才宿舍的管理工作。
2.In charge of Talent Dormitory arrangement, Dormitory sanitation, safety and security, managing and maintain equipment and items, store room management, Talent leisure activities in Talent Dormitory.
負責人才在人才宿舍的住宿安排;宿舍的環境衛生;宿舍人身、財產的安全;設備設施的保管、維護;宿舍倉庫的管理;人才宿舍娛樂項目的管理。
3.Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.
處理騷擾、歧視的投訴并且保密。
4.Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
使用符合集團文化的行為并且尊重及靈活地對待每一位客人和同事。
5.Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.
識別和處理可能導致跨文化沖突或誤解的問題。
6.Manage and update Talent Dormitory items application form and make sure the accuracy of monthly inventory.
管理和更新人才宿舍領用物品的登記表,確保每月宿舍物品盤點的準確性。
7.Control and supervise the consumption of utilities, minimize any wasting.
控制及監督人才有效使用宿舍能耗,減少浪費現象發生。
Knowledge and Experience知識與經驗
1.Good computer skills and management ability.
良好的電腦技能及管理能力
2.3 years supervisory experience in related working experience
三年以上相關工作經驗
3.Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.
能獨立完成上述工作職責規定的各項任務,并具有良好的溝通及協調能力。
