操作中做到輕拿輕放,減少損耗,有事要報告,做好自己本職工作
4. Check and do the work area of your department and maintain good health
檢查和做好自己部門的工作區域衛生,并且維護好

Assist the catering department to provide a good dining environment for the guests
協助餐飲各部門的工作,為客人提供良好的就餐環境
6. Make sure all the dishes are cleaned and hygienic
