處理客人叫醒服務(wù),確保準(zhǔn)確無誤;
Handle wake-up call service;
協(xié)助客人撥打內(nèi)線及外線電話;
Assist? the guest to place an internal and external calls;
受理客房點餐或餐飲預(yù)訂需求;
Provide In-room Dining or outlet reservation service;
充分了解緊急事件處理程序,例如爆炸恐嚇、火災(zāi)、醫(yī)療協(xié)助等;
Have a through knowledge of emergency procedures, such as bomb threat, fire alarm, medical assistance, etc.
