您的職責是在遵循凱悅酒店集團的企業戰略及品牌標準的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營運,并滿足員工、客人及酒店業主的期望。 通過適當的銷售和營銷計劃確定酒店在當地市場中的定位,并確保酒店產品和服務同營銷企劃所創建的定位及品牌承諾相一致。

Operational
? 協助餐廳經理確保根據經營理念對部門進行高效地管理,根據標準提供禮貌、專業、高效和靈活的服務。
Assists the Outlet Manager to ensure that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
? 在部門內凡事親歷親為,始終在餐廳參與運營,特別是在工作繁忙期間。
Is a hands-on manager and is present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.
? 建立并嚴格遵守所有運營設備、用品和備用品的庫存量,保證餐廳的順暢運營。
Establishes and strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
? 協助每月進行運營設備及營業用品盤點。
Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
? 在餐廳經理缺勤時,就每日準備、服務及菜單為員工召開班前溝通會。
In the absence of Outlet Manager, conducts daily pre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service and menu.
? 在每日運營及質量控制方面與廚務部密切配合。
Liaises with the Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.
? 具備充足的菜單和酒水知識,能夠向客人推薦和促銷餐飲產品。
Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
? 確保餐廳前場和后場始終整潔有序。
Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organised, both at the front as well as the back of house.
? 與客房部合作,嚴格按照清潔時間表進行清潔。
Liaises and organises with Housekeeping Department that the established cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.
? 定期巡視檢查部門,以確保衛生情況始終符合標準。
Conducts regular inspections of the Outlet ensuring standards of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
? 協調并維護設備維修報告并且認真記錄。
Coordinates and maintains machine maintenance reports and records.
? 處理客人所有關于食品、酒水和服務方面的要求以及疑問。
Handles all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service.
? 確保所有員工和客人建立良好的賓客關系。
Ensures that all associates establish a rapport with guests.
? 建立以及維護酒店的食品安全管理體系,督促員工按要求執行,對員工進行相應的培訓。 Establish and maintain the food safety management system, supervise the associates to follow the requirements and train the associates accordingly.
