Key Responsibilities
主要職責:
1.Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures
根據制定的標準對客房、走廊、櫥柜、布草房和櫥柜進行清潔和維護。
2.Replenishes guest supplies
補充客用品。

3.Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met
確保迅速而禮貌地完成主管和客人的要求。

4.Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
保持設備處于良好的清潔和維護狀況。

5.Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks
配合主管并負責完成每日分配下來的工作。

6.Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
如拾到遺失物品應立即報告并上交主管。

7.Report guest complaints to superior immediately
如有投訴應立即上報主管。
???????
8.Reports unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor
將樓層上的特殊情況向上報主管。

9.Records room status in allocated section accurately
正確的匯報所負責區域的房態。

10.Carry out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders
當需要傳送布草或處理洗衣單時須執行傳遞服務。

Qualification
任職要求:
1.較強溝通、協調能力;
Good interpersonal, communication skills;
2.具有服務意識與應變能力;
Service skill and flexible capability are necessary;
3.具有高星級酒店客房部部工作經驗優先考慮;
Related working experience is preferred;
