Position Overview 崗位概述:
The Room Attendant is an essential member of the Housekeeping team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests, including room cleaning, housekeeping daily service, turndown service, etc. The Housekeeping team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every Guest Room and Public Area is impeccable at all times.?

The Role 崗位職責:
1. Check the room status and inform the HSKP captain/supervisor.?
檢查房間狀態并將檢查情況報告給客房領班/主管。
2. According to working procedures and standards, clean the room and floor.?
按照工作程序和標準清掃各種房間并保持樓道的整潔。
3. Keep the lost fund safely, meet guest’s reasonable needs.?
正確處理客人遺留的物品,滿足客人各種合理的要求。
4. Make sure every equipment works well.?
負責保養所使用的設備,使之處于良好的工作狀態。
5. Use and keep master key correctly.?
正確使用及保管萬能鑰匙。
6. Fill in working reports and consumer list of Mini Bar。
填寫有關工作報告和迷你吧消費單。
7. Check every kind of equipment in working areas, report the problems in time.?
負責檢查所管轄區域內各種設備,及時報告區域內的工程問題。
8. Sign up the in and out time on the room list.?
做房單上必須標明進、出客房的時間。
9. Report unusual situation in time.?
及時報告客房內的異常情況。
10. Ability to use firefighting equipment, following the hotel rules when the fire happen.
熟悉酒店消防預案并能熟練使用滅火器材;在火災發生時嚴格按酒店消防預案執行。
11. Ability to use detergent.?
安全正確使用清潔劑。
12. Communicate with guests and superior.?
與客人及上級保持有效的溝通。
13. Report and record hotel items in rooms.
?及時報告并記錄在客房內丟失的物品。
