Job Responsibilities
崗位職責:
1.?Follow company and department safety and
security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure
environment.
遵守公司和部門的安全政策和程序,確保環境清潔、安全和安全。
2.?Comply with
Marriott FSQM Check List.? Dictate a
strict policy on kitchen, food and associate's cleanliness, which will help
to prevent any potential hygiene problems
遵守萬豪FSQM操作指南.制定嚴格的廚房策略,食品和員工的清潔,這將有助于防止任何潛在的衛生問題
3.?Assist other employees to ensure proper
coverage and prompt guest service.
協助其他員工確保正確的服務范圍和及時的客人服務。
4.?Serve as a departmental role model or mentor
by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job
duties.
作為部門的榜樣或導師,與員工一起履行技術或職能工作職責。
5.?Ensure the quality of the food items and
notify Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef if a product does not meet specifications.
確保食品的質量,如果產品不符合規格,通知廚師長或行政總廚。
6.?Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared
and the portions that are served in to control food waste and ensure that
good food is not thrown away.
監控準備食物的數量和份量,控制食物浪費,確保好食物不會被扔掉。
Job Requirements
崗位要求:
1. Familiar with local cuisine and have same position working experience.
熟悉本地菜品制作及相關崗位工作經驗?
2. Extensive knowledge of food handling and
sanitation standards, has to be a certified Food Safety and Hygiene
Standard controller by Marriott FSQM check list

3.?Strong associate's relation skills and conflict
management skills, and also effective decision-making skills

4.?Good communication skills (verbal and
listening and writing)
