Position Summary 職位概述
1.The Senior Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in leading and supervising the Sales Team. He/she oversees and directs all aspects of the negotiation and coordination process as well as the successful handling of Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / Social / Tour & Travel events as assigned. Leads the Sales Team to ensure smooth operation of the department to maximize business opportunities and deliver the highest service standards

2.Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales or Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage
在銷售總監(jiān)或業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)的直接批準(zhǔn)下對(duì)主要市場(chǎng)的地區(qū)制定銷售拜訪計(jì)劃對(duì)一些特別地區(qū)的市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行電話銷售向銷售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)潛在市場(chǎng)客戶的需求范圍。
3.Liaises closely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads / inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to convert the leads / inquiries to confirmed events.
在跟進(jìn)處理以一些生意或客戶詢問時(shí)與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)保持緊密的聯(lián)絡(luò)與溝通最終時(shí)生意確認(rèn)下來。
參與宴會(huì)銷售經(jīng)理在活動(dòng)結(jié)束后的繼續(xù)跟進(jìn)例如致客戶感謝信和會(huì)議跟蹤調(diào)查表等。
4.Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的所有產(chǎn)品信息包括公司協(xié)議價(jià)、主要客戶及其產(chǎn)量、酒店客房、餐飲、會(huì)務(wù)等并定期向銷售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)。
5.Directs all activities of the Sales Team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
指引部門活動(dòng)并確保部門正常運(yùn)作。
6.Motivates and trains Sales Team to ensure their best performance.
激發(fā)和培訓(xùn)部門員工并確保他們有良好的表現(xiàn)。
7.Monitors the accounts management system.
監(jiān)控客戶管理系統(tǒng)。
8.Assists the DOS in the allocation of daily job to the Sales Team according to group chart.
根據(jù)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)架構(gòu)來協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)分配對(duì)日常工作進(jìn)行有效分配。
9.Forecasts group room night and banquet revenue.
對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)及宴會(huì)收入進(jìn)行有效的預(yù)測(cè)。
10.Participates in relationship building visitations when necessary.

Required Qualifications 必要的資歷要求
University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

Minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少三年在國(guó)際連鎖酒店的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Rooms corporate and mice background

Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
