MAJOR FUNCTION 主要職能:
1.Well versed on all Brand Standard requirements for Reception and related areas.
熟知前臺及相關部門的集團標準。
2.Ensure that all associates are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations. Needs to be able to perform in all fronts of house functions.
確保所有員工履行并服從部門和酒店的方針政策與程序,能夠執行所有前臺功能。
3.Assist Front Office Manager and Guest Service Manager to ensure a smooth front of house operations.
協助前廳部經理和賓客服務經理確保前廳部的正常運作。
4.Making sure all procedures and trainings are carried out within the Company’s policies and SOP. Secure residents’ safety and privacy.
確保所有的程序和培訓是在公司政策之內實施進行。確保客人的安全和隱私。
5.Be able to accommodate all requests and needs prior, during and after residents’ stay.
滿足客人入住前, 在店期間及離店后的需求。
