1.Establish a training network according to Kempinski standard, including spending time in operations to foster this network.

2.Analyse training needs and training effectiveness.
分析培訓(xùn)需求和培訓(xùn)反饋。
3.Ensure that every department having corporately developed Training BITES have fully implemented these, and ensured they reflect all hotel specific policies and procedures.
確保各部門制定的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃得到充分實(shí)施,并確保其反映酒店的所有具體政策和程序。
4.Further develop the Training BITE Library by assisting individual Departmental Trainers in the writing and implementing hotel specific training BITES.
通過協(xié)助個(gè)別部門的培訓(xùn)師編寫B(tài)ITES和實(shí)施酒店的具體培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,進(jìn)一步開發(fā)培訓(xùn)課程。
5.Embed all Kempinski training programs and training tools and comprehensively track their implementation to easily evaluate attendance of required participants.
加入所有凱賓斯基培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目和運(yùn)用所有培訓(xùn)工具,并全面跟蹤其實(shí)施情況,以方便評估參訓(xùn)者的出勤情況。
6.Plan, design and deliver training programmes.
計(jì)劃、設(shè)計(jì)及推行培訓(xùn)課程。
7.Devise a training marketing strategy, which is evident both at the back of house and reflected in campaigns or initiatives to address training topics/themes accordingly.
設(shè)計(jì)一套培訓(xùn)營銷策略,該策略主要運(yùn)用于后線部門以及反映了相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)主題/主題活動或計(jì)劃。
8.Analyse the data on the e-learning platforms and utilize or market it to Management and Department Trainers to enhance learning performance.
分析在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺的數(shù)據(jù),并推廣給管理層和部門培訓(xùn)師們,以提高整體學(xué)習(xí)效果。
9.Coach and train managers and Departmental Trainers to improve departmental performance.
指導(dǎo)部門培訓(xùn)師以提高部門績效。
10.Works with the General Manager to coordinate relevant learning for EXCOM and HODs as per their Individual Development Program.

11.Organise and supervise Kempinski DNA and brand immersion activities.

12.Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the training services offered.

13.Work together with department heads and analyse operational quality performance using the Kempinski Experience Assessment Tool (KEA) and ReviewPro; then based on the results provide remedial training solution.

14.Train and develop Training team members.

15.Complete Kempinski Experience Assessment (KEA) Checks as specified by the hotel management.
按照酒店管理層的要求完成凱賓斯基KEA檢查。
16.Identify potential training talent and propose & foster Master Trainer candidates.
識別潛在的培訓(xùn)人才,提出并培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)師候選人。
17.Ensure that the Kempinski People Training Monthly report is correctly completed on a monthly basis and the results updated in the Regional Training Consolidation Report.
確保凱賓斯基培訓(xùn)月報(bào)表每月能正確完成,并在集團(tuán)培訓(xùn)整合報(bào)告中更新結(jié)果。
18.In absence of a Training Coordinator, ensure that the responsibilities are fulfilled.
在沒有培訓(xùn)協(xié)調(diào)員的情況下,確保職責(zé)得到履行。
19.Lead by example and promote Kempinski’s core values.
以身作則,發(fā)揚(yáng)凱賓斯基的核心價(jià)值觀。
20.Prepare the yearly Business Plan and Budget for the Training Department in line with all company Brand Standards together with the Heads of Department and ExCom team.
根據(jù)公司的品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn),與部門主管和管理團(tuán)隊(duì)共同制定部門的年度培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和預(yù)算。
21.Ensure that an objective Self Audit (using the Kempinski People Training Peer & Self Audit Tool) is completed at least once per year.
確保每年至少完成一次目標(biāo)自我審計(jì)(使用凱賓斯基人員培訓(xùn)自我審計(jì)工具)。
22.Promote and implement Kempinski Corporate Training policies and procedures.
促進(jìn)和執(zhí)行凱賓斯基的培訓(xùn)政策和程序。
23.Establish and foster relationships and partnerships with external suppliers, training providers, and legal and safety entities.
與外部供應(yīng)商、培訓(xùn)供應(yīng)商、法律和安全實(shí)體建立良好的合作關(guān)系。
24.Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the employee handbook and to the hotel’s policies on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
理解并嚴(yán)格遵守員工手冊中的規(guī)章制度,以及酒店在消防、衛(wèi)生、健康和安全方面的政策。

3.A minimum of Five years of experience in the hospitality industry
