? Being familiar with the information concerning the name, source, specification, price, rate and
seasonal demand of the food.

? Assist the Chief Chef in checking the quality and quantity of the food, report to the supervisor in
case of problem.
協助主廚檢查購進貨源的鮮活、質量、數量必須符合要求,發現問題及時向上級匯報。
? Carry out supervisory responsibilities for the kitchen’s daily sanitation and cleanliness.
負責廚房日常衛生工作。
? Cook the staff meal.
員工餐的烹制。
? In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and
policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.

? Ensuring all service guarantees and commitments are met.

Requirements 資質要求
? Secondary specialized diploma or above, or relevant diploma;
中技以上文化程度,或相關專業畢業;
? Good understanding of different kitchen procedures and good mastering of the food preparation
and quality control;
熟悉廚房各區塊流程和作業要求,掌握配菜的各種操作技術的質量要求;
? Good at eastern and western cooking;
擅長中、西式烹飪料理;
? Good understanding of food safety regulations;了解食品衛生法;
? Be able to work independently according to the working regulations and quality specifications, have
equivalent technique level;
能按工作規范和質量標準要求獨立進行工作,并有相應的技術等級;
? Responsible, hard working, positive and good communication;
有責任心,能吃苦耐勞、工作主動性強,有一定的溝通能力;
