職位描述 Job description
1.提供房間清潔服務(wù)和開夜床服務(wù),確保按照酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求完成服務(wù)。
Provide room cleaning service and turn down service to assigned guest rooms to ensure service is completed according to hotel standard and guest requirement.
2.整理家具,補(bǔ)充房間日用品,確保房間清潔和物品擺放達(dá)到酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Set up furniture and replenish room amenities to ensure room set up is met with hotel standard.
3.檢查退房,報(bào)告和補(bǔ)充迷你吧物品,確保按照酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行操作。
Check checked-out rooms, report & replenish mini bar items and quantity to ensure Policy & Procedure are followed.
4.向樓層主管/秘書報(bào)告所有機(jī)械故障,確保客房?jī)?nèi)和工作區(qū)域所有設(shè)備正常運(yùn)作。
Report to Floor Supervisor/Administrator of any mechanical problems to ensure all machine lighting, pumping, fixture and furniture are kept in good condition within guest rooms and working area.
5.迅速禮貌地遞送客人需要的物品,確保為客人提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)服務(wù),例如:洗衣服務(wù),擦鞋服務(wù),借用物品等。
Handle and deliver guests requests promptly with courtesy to ensure quality service is provided to guest, such as : Laundry service, shoe shine service, loan item etc.
6.所有客人失物應(yīng)立即交至客房部辦公室。
Reports of lost and found items to HSKP office immediately.
7.在緊急情況如火災(zāi)、停電和炸彈恐嚇時(shí)隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備執(zhí)行分派的任務(wù)。
Is prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, power cuts and bomb threats.
8.報(bào)告樓層內(nèi)任何特殊事件,確保客人和酒店員工的安全。
Report any irregular matter on floor to ensure safety and security are provided to guest, employee and hotel.
9.確保所有清潔設(shè)備,工作間,工作車的干凈整潔并保證衛(wèi)生達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Responsible to keep all equipment, machinery, working station, working trolley clean and tidy to ensure hygiene standard is maintained.
任職要求 Qualifications
1.有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮,但不強(qiáng)硬要求。
Same relevant experience is preferred but not required.
2.良好的溝通技巧,普通話流利。
Possess good common sense and communication skills,speak fluent Mandarin.
