RESPONSIBILITIES:
職責描述
1.? To ensure that all work requests are
properly logged on the work request logbook, and it is updated appropriately at
the end of each shift duty.
保證將所有維修申請都詳細記錄在工作交接記錄本上,在交班時必須及時更新工作完成情況。
2.? To response to guest request or complaints
promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.
及時處理客人維修要求和投訴,避免客人不便和不安。
3.? To maintain tools keys, maintenance
equipment, parts and materials for general repairs in guestroom, public and
service areas properly.
要保證在對客房、公共區域進行一般性維修所需的工具和材料的充足
4.? To conduct inspection tour and checking on
all the operating systems and plants status according to the check list. To
lookout for the abnormal working condition and take remedial actions
accordingly. To report such abnormality to Chief engineer attention.
進行當班巡查以及按照工作核查表檢查系統和機電設備運行情況。及時發現不正常的運行情況并采取補救措施。將發現的問題及時匯報。
5.?To complete detailed shift hand over to the
oncoming shift leader, both in written and oral manner. The hand over should
include all uncompleted and still in progress work, all equipment that
breakdown, status of work request, backlog, working tools, pagers, walkie
talkie, keys, parts and materials, etc.
交班時詳細完成當班工作記錄,進行口頭和書面交班。交接工作內容包括未完成和正在進行的工作,發生故障的設備,維修工作完成情況,存貨情況,工作用具,傳呼,對講機,鑰匙,零件和材料等。
