Perform daily supervision, management and leadership of front office staff, manage front office work and provide guest service while on duty.
職責義務:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.協助酒店高級管理層負責及整個酒店的運作收集對客服務過程中所產生的問題信息。
?Assist the senior management of the hotel in charge of the entire operation of the hotel to collect information on problems arising in the process of customer service.
2.賓客服務經理在前廳部經理的直接領導下,在當班期間負責整個酒店的正常運作。
The Guest Service Manager, under the direct leadership of the Front Office Manager, is responsible for the normal operation of the entire hotel during his/her shift.
3.要負責處理賓客的問題和投訴。
Be responsible for handling guest questions and complaints.
4.要負責重要賓客的迎領工作。
Be responsible for welcoming and leading important guests.
5.進行整個酒店的安全和日常的設備檢查工作。
Conduct safety and routine equipment inspection throughout the hotel.
6.解決當班期間發生的安全問題。
Solve safety problems during the shift.
7.向其它班次協調交班記錄上需要溝通的事項。
?Coordinate the matters that need to be communicated in other shift records.
專業知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大專以上學歷,有同崗位工作經驗1年以上。
College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in the same position.
2.能用流利的英語從事前廳服務形象氣質佳,精通電腦操作,具備較強的英文聽說讀寫能力。
Can be fluent in English to engage in front office service image and temperament, proficient in computer operation, with strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3.儀表端莊,熱愛酒店工作,鉆研業務,反應敏捷,善于交際具有較好的管理和協調能力,能夠很好的發揮其管理、領導和監督的作用。
Dignified appearance, love hotel work, study business, quick response, good communication with good management and coordination skills, able to play a good role in management, leadership and supervision.
4.注重細節,工作有責任心,敢于承擔責任,執行力較強。
