Job Responsibilities/ Description:
Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Reception relatedmatters. Maintain a high standard of service and quality delivery at all times; when answering telephones, registering guests, assigning rooms, checking out guests and assisting in different requests.

Job Knowledge / Skill:
Basic knowledge of hotel &front office.
Good English language skill and communication skill.
Good finance knowledge
Good and positive hospitality attitude.
專業知識/技能:
具有對酒店行業以及前廳部基本知識的了解。
良好的英語能力以及溝通技巧。
良好的財務知識或概念。
良好積極的工作態度。
