1.Assist with heavy packages, coats, suitcase, etc. being alert to give assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked
幫助客人提拿重的提包、外衣、手提箱及旅行箱等等。時(shí)刻關(guān)注客人,在客人提出要求前,提供快速、禮貌的幫助。
2.Loading luggage into vehicle, count the pieces of luggage and confirm with guests before getting into vehicle
將行李裝上汽車,清點(diǎn)行李件數(shù)并在客人上車前與客人確認(rèn)。
3.Delivering newspapers, messages, parcels, packages, mails and faxes to the guests’ rooms in accordance with standards
按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)送報(bào)紙、留言、包裹、郵件與傳真到客人房間。
Qualification:
任職資格
1.Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
良好的中英文口語(yǔ)及書(shū)寫(xiě)技能。
2.At least one year working experience in the same position in 5 star hotel
有同等星級(jí)酒店相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)1年以上。
3. Have good image and temperament; good sense of service and willing to develop yourself in the hopitality industry
形象氣質(zhì)良好,有較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識(shí),有志在酒店業(yè)發(fā)展。
4. Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork
良好的工作態(tài)度及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。
5. Commitment to quality in everyting you do
在對(duì)客服務(wù)的每個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)中都保證質(zhì)量。
