Job Description:
1.管理客房服務(wù)員并檢查客房及服務(wù)區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生,注意從酒店的全局出發(fā)并根據(jù)要求建立國際化的衛(wèi)生標準。
1.To supervise Room Attendant and inspect guest rooms and surround service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the international standard of room cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
2.檢查所有客房,重要客人的房間以及重要客人的到達,以及常住客人的房間衛(wèi)生。
2.To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
3.執(zhí)行行政管家及樓層經(jīng)理所分配的其它次要的任務(wù)。
3.To perform secondary duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and floor manager.
4.熟悉財物安全、急救、火災(zāi)及緊急程序,并確保能夠安全的使用相關(guān)設(shè)備。
4.Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
崗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.大專學歷及以上
1.College degree or above
2.至少2年的星級酒店客房樓層查房工作經(jīng)驗
2.Least 2 years working experience in Housekeeping floor section.
3.良好的溝通技巧
3.Have good communication skill
4.有上進心和精力充沛
4.Self-motivated and energetic
