1.Cleans and re-sets working area.
清潔及重新布置工作區(qū)域。
2.Maintain a hygienic kitchen according to HACCP.
根據(jù)國際HACCP維護廚房的衛(wèi)生標準。
3.Responsible for providing sufficient equipment which are in accordance to sanitation standards and in good condition, to the outlets and kitchen sections.
負責提供足夠的設(shè)備無論是衛(wèi)生標準還是好的條件。
4.Responsible for ensuring sufficient cleaning supplies and equipment to operate the stewarding section, during a shift.
負責確保充足的清潔劑和設(shè)備在當班的時候。
5.Takes the daily inventory and requisition of cleaning supplies.
預(yù)備每天清潔用品的申請和盤點。
6.Responsible for the proper handling and maintenance of all equipment in the kitchen.
負責廚房所有設(shè)備的維護。
7.Responsible for the storage and safekeeping of all flatware, glassware, hollowware, utensils and related equipment.
負責所有庫房物品的安全。
8.Responsible for the sufficiency of cleaning supplies and equipment.
負責清潔物品和設(shè)備的充足。
9.Maintains and updates the steward operating manual, chemical charts and cleaning chart for team guidance.
按照管事部的操作手冊更新維護化學(xué)物品和清潔用品。
Knowledge and Experience知識與經(jīng)驗
1.2 – 3years in a stewarding position, similar operations style.
具有2-3年管事部相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗。
2.Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications.
能熟練操作計算機尤其是微軟應(yīng)用程序者。
3.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
出色的人際交往和問題處理能力。
4.Highly responsible & reliable.
高度負責和可靠。
5.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
能夠在節(jié)奏快、壓力大的環(huán)境下出色地完成工作。
