MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責(zé)
Assist the Good Kitchen Chef de Cuisine in managing daily operations,enabling team members to utilize their skills to produce high - quality products. Train team members in food production, hotel standards, rules and regulations, and implement hotel policies and procedures.
協(xié)助西廚房廚師長(zhǎng)管理日常工作,使團(tuán)隊(duì)成員能運(yùn)用他們的技能生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品。向團(tuán)隊(duì)成員培訓(xùn)食品制造,酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn),規(guī)章制度,貫徹酒店政策程序。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
??????? College degree or above, major in cooking is preferred
大專以上學(xué)歷,烹飪專業(yè)優(yōu)先
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經(jīng)歷
??????? Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sous chef in hotel Western kitchen
至少5年的酒店西廚房副廚師長(zhǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
??????? Exposure to industry which required high service standard.
展現(xiàn)高水平的行業(yè)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
