【崗位職責】
·?Assist the Guest Service Manager, responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant.Lead department employees to carry out assigned work tasks.Guide and inspect the work status of department employees.

·?Based on the restaurant's operational situation, propose rationalization suggestions and maintain good communication with department superiors and subordinates.
根據餐廳的經營情況,提出合理化建議,并與部門上下級之間保持良好的溝通。
·?Supervise and implement according to the rules and regulations of the restaurant.
根據本餐廳的各項規章制度開展各項工作并對員工進行督導。
·?Assist the department manager in arranging the shifts of restaurant personnel in a reasonable manner, ensuring service standards and maintaining attendance records.
協助部門經理合理安排餐廳人員的班次,確保服務水準并做好考勤。
·?Listen to customer feedback, handle customer complaints, and promptly report and seek approval from superiors if there are any issues.
聽取客人意見,處理客人投訴,有問題及時向上級報告、請示。
·?Complete daily reception work according to standards.Timely inspect the condition, cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality of items and facilities to meet the required standards and specifications.
按照標準完成每日接待工作。及時檢查物品及設施的狀況、清潔衛生、服務質量,使之達到所要求的規范和標準。
·?Set up meeting/catering table in advance according to the requirements of the BEO,Provide professional and thoughtful services for our conference/catering guests.
根據團單的要求提前準備好會議/餐飲的擺臺,并為我們的會議/餐飲客人提供專業周到的服務。
·?Understand the working procedure and related knowledge of the restaurant kitchen, Maintain good communication with the kitchen.do a good job in front and rear field coordination.
了解本餐廳廚房的工作程序和相關知識,與廚房保持良好的溝通,做好前后場的協調工作。
·?Carry out business training for subordinate staff, develop and train restaurant personnel.
對部門員工進行日常服務標準培訓,做好餐廳人才開發和培養工作。
·?Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverage products and good service.
與其他部門保持良好的工作聯系,使客人得到滿意的餐飲產品和周到的服務。
·?According to the material management system, responsible for the strict management of the restaurant equipment, materials and utensils, supervise the staff to do a good job of safety
根據物資管理制度,負責對餐廳設備、物資、用具等實行嚴格管理及日常維護,督促部門所有員工做好安全工作
·?Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
及時對危險的情況采取補救措施,并對經理通報存在的潛在危險。
·?Reasonably manage the warehouses of the ADD and meeting room, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and arranged in a reasonable manner
合理管控西餐廳和會議室的庫房,所有物品做到進出有度,合理安排。
·?Maximize the control of departmental item damage rate in daily work
在日常工作中最大限度控制部門的物品破損率。
·?Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget.
按現行標準監控部門成本以確保符合預算。
·?Responsible for handling all catering related accounts related to the current shift.
負責處理當班次所有涉及到的餐飲類賬目。
【任職資格】
·?College degree or above and major in hotel management is preferred
·?具有大專以上學歷和酒店管理專業優先。
·?Knowledge of hotel management and other industries
·?具備酒店經營管理和其他行業知識
·?Proficient in typing and computer operation, with a certain level of foreign language
·?能熟練地進行打字和電腦操作,具備一定的外語水平。
·?Have certain organization and coordination ability, strong executive force, strong dedication to work and sense of responsibility, with good professional ethics, good health, dignified and generous appearance.
·?具有一定的組織協調能力,較強的執行力,強烈的事業心和責任感,具有良好的職業道德,身體健康,儀表端莊大方。

經驗
·?At least 1years experience as a western restaurant or banquet hall supervisor in a 5 star hotel.
·?有1年以上五星級酒店西餐廳或者宴會廳主管工作的經驗。
