Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with hotel goals, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.財務戰略領導力: 制定并執行符合酒店目標的財務戰略,確保盈利能力和可持續發展。
Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize resource allocation.預算與預測: 監督年度預算編制、財務預測及差異分析,優化資源配置。
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements, KPIs, and performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.財務報告: 編制準確的月度/季度財務報表、關鍵績效指標及管理層報告,供高管和利益相關者審閱。
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. Mitigate financial risks.合規與風險管理: 確保符合財務法規、稅法及內部控制要求,降低財務風險。
Team Management: Lead and mentor finance teams (e.g., accounting, payroll, procurement) to achieve operational excellence.團隊管理: 領導并指導財務團隊(如會計、薪資、采購)實現卓越運營。
Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity, manage working capital, and optimize cash flow to support daily operations.現金流管理: 監控資金流動性,管理營運資本,優化現金流以支持日常運營。

Qualifications / 任職需求
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.教育背景: 財務、會計或相關專業本科;MBA/注冊會計師/注冊管理會計師優先。
Experience: 10+ years in finance, including 5+ years in hospitality; prior experience in international hotel chains is a plus.工作經驗: 10年以上財務經驗,5年以上酒店行業經驗;有國際連鎖酒店經驗者優先。
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Oracle, SAP), advanced Excel, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).專業技能: 熟練使用財務軟件(如Oracle、SAP)、高級Excel及數據分析工具(Power BI、Tableau)。
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and hospitality accounting standards.行業知識: 熟悉酒店運營、收益管理及酒店業會計準則。
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.領導力: 具備跨部門團隊管理經驗,能在快節奏環境中達成目標。
