? Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.

? Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.

? Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.

? Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel

? Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems

? Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.

? Prepare welcome cards with General Manager Signature for VIPs and priority club guests, ensures them receive special attention.

? Inspects front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness.
定期檢查酒店前后區(qū)域的清潔。
? Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
協(xié)助客戶關(guān)系主任,迎接客人,安排客人到房間并送重要客人離開(kāi)。
? Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.

? Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.

? Checks and Assistant the P.S.B procedure

? Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit

? Analyses and approves discounts and rebates.
分析并批準(zhǔn)折扣/扣減。
? Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control
分析房費(fèi)差異報(bào)告,對(duì)房間的收入進(jìn)行控制。
? Takes action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation.
在緊急情況時(shí),對(duì)酒店管理系統(tǒng)采取措施。
? Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
熟悉酒店在緊急情況發(fā)生時(shí)的對(duì)應(yīng)措施。
? Ensures front line staff complies with FIT marketing techniques and maximize sales.
