1.Monitor the daily operations of reservations
監督日常預訂業務。
2.Control rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield and black out dates
管理客房清單,包括對最佳效益區的客房及禁止預訂日期的分配和預訂進行管理。
3.Develop and conduct rooms based marketing activities
開展和實施以客房為基礎的市場活動。
4.Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments
跟蹤銷售計劃,促銷活動,廣告,并向相關部門提供必要的反饋。
5.Track and establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate forecasting
記錄散客驅勢,入住率記錄和市場細分發展情況來協助預測工作。
任職資格 Qualification
1.必須具有良好的中英文交流及寫作能力
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are a must
2.良好的交流溝通能力
Good interpersonal and communication skills
3.熟練操作微軟等操作系統
Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software
4.妥善處理及回復客人需求;
Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner;
5.良好的交流溝通能力, 良好的團隊合作精神
Good interpersonal and communication skills, Team Player
6.具有至少2-3年國際連鎖酒店的相關經驗
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
