·???????負(fù)責(zé)燒味部的生產(chǎn)品種的安排,檢查員工的儀表儀容,督促員工遵守各項規(guī)章制度。
·???????根據(jù)客情,負(fù)責(zé)簽發(fā)當(dāng)日和隔天原料的計劃,定購領(lǐng)用單。
·???????督導(dǎo)并帶領(lǐng)員工,按照規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn),并及時提供產(chǎn)品。
·???????負(fù)責(zé)燒味部機械設(shè)備的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)與添置。
·???????負(fù)責(zé)燒味部產(chǎn)品的成本控制。
·???????負(fù)責(zé)督導(dǎo)員工隨時保證設(shè)備、工用具的衛(wèi)生清潔及搞好包干區(qū)的衛(wèi)生清潔。
·???????負(fù)責(zé)員工培訓(xùn)計劃的制定與設(shè)施。
·???????做好勞動調(diào)配,每日不定時到各生產(chǎn)部門巡查工作,密切聯(lián)系各部門廚師,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時上報果斷解決,不斷改進(jìn)出品質(zhì)量、衛(wèi)生;
·???????確保出品的速度。
