We are currently looking for a Service Leader – The Club to join our Front Office team.
As a Service Leader – The Club, we rely on you to
· Meets up with guests regularly to obtain feedback on ways to improve the hotel’s services and facilities.
· Handles guest complaints effectively and efficiently by being responsive and receptive, and analytical.
· Within the established Delegation of Authority, he/she makes quick and correct decisions to ensure guest's satisfaction.
· Motivates and ensures staff perform to the high service level required, maximizing total customer loyalty as well as positive overall stay experience.
· Provides coaching and counseling on standards and procedures for the Club lounge.
We are looking for someone who:
· Takes pride in being a hotelier
· Loves interacting with guests
· Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
· Enjoys working as part of a team
· Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
