execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and policies and procedures,
especially in relation to fire and life safety.

execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by
engineer and manufacturer's recommendations.
開展預(yù)防維護工作以及按照工程師的指令和生產(chǎn)商建議維修設(shè)備。。

perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.
在緊急情況下按照緊急程序開展工作

familiar with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its
operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict
compliance with requirement
了解掌握飯店配電和燈光系統(tǒng)以及設(shè)備的運行要求和特性，嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)備要求和特性操作設(shè)備

operate and maintain the steam boiler system and its associated M&E
equipment as per manufacturer procedures and instructions.
根據(jù)蒸汽鍋爐及其相關(guān)機電設(shè)備的操作規(guī)定，運行及保養(yǎng)該系統(tǒng)。

carry out water treatment and water sampling test as per water treatment
consultant procedures and instructions.
根據(jù)程序?qū)﹀仩t水質(zhì)進(jìn)行處理并做好水樣測試。

carry out routine flushing of the water level sight glass as per instruction.
根據(jù)要求對水位進(jìn)行目測。

be familiar with the Emergency procedures and action to be taken.

carry out repair work so as to minimize energy wastage such as steam/water? leak, damaged thermal insulation, malfunction
of steam traps , etc.
做一些維修工作，如蒸汽泄漏/漏水，熱絕緣體損壞維修，蒸汽閥的故障維修等以確保將能源浪費控制在最小范圍內(nèi)。
11. ?To monitor and record the gas or diesel oil
consumption per shift.
每班都必須將用氣、柴油的消耗量統(tǒng)計登記。
12. ?To participate in the annual
overhauling of the boiler unit under the supervision of the engineer and
assisting in the annual inspection done by the Labour Bureau.
13. To practice SGSS during course of
duty.

inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and
safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance
schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of
repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being
maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations
按照工作檢查表檢查強電設(shè)備運行情況并做好記錄工作。維修和上報設(shè)備運行缺陷，不尋常的運行情況和安全隱患。經(jīng)常回顧預(yù)防維修檢查表和維護方式，保證設(shè)備長期穩(wěn)定的運行，避免緊急修理和故障停機，安全運行，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)手冊高效運行

maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
