崗位職責:
1.發展關于確定飯店宗旨和人力資源關于培訓和發展的政策的戰略。Develop strategies which address hotel guidelines and Human Resources policies on training and development.
根據集團要求制定培訓計劃,協助人力資源總監保證培訓部有效運作。According to Wanda Hotels & Resorts regulation, design hotel training plan, assist DOHR manage hotel training.
2.協助人力資源總監保證培訓部有效運作。Assist the Director or HR in creating an effective and efficient operation of Training Department.
制訂工具和體系保證培訓和發展計劃達到飯店目標。Develop tools and systems to ensure training and development programs meet the hotel’s objectives.
3.按照酒店培訓計劃,實施店內培訓,發展培訓課程及交叉培訓計劃。
According to hotel training plan, practise hotel training, and develop training courses and cross training.
4.建立酒店培訓檔案管理制度和系統,監督執行。Build up hotel training filling system and policy, and ensure that policy can be carried out.
5.協助人力資源總監組織各項員工活動。Assist DOHR organize associates activities.
6.時時展示萬達酒店及度假村價值觀給員工和所有涉及人員。Show Wanda culture and standard to all associates and related person.
