About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the People & Culture Department. The Trainee-People & Culture Coordinator reports to the?Director of Learning & Development.
As Trainee-People & Culture Coordinator, you will be?responsible?for the following duties:
Translate
training materials.
Prepare training materials.
Maintain creative
training notice board.
Maintain training filing system.
Prepare Monthly Training Calendar.
Trace Monthly Training Plan and Monthly Training Reports from
departmental trainers.
Prepare training reports.
Prepare, update and maintain training records including HRMIS
system.
Maintain and update the inventory of all training
and development resources.
Set up Training Room according to requirements.
Ensure training equipments are in good operating conditions at all
times.
Ensure a good
condition of Training Room.
Organize and coordinate training related activities.
Assist People & Culture in colleague related activities.
Prepare and keep records of L&D expenses and reimbursement.
Prepare Monthly Attendance Record.
Provide excellent
office administration support to the Learning & Development team.
Coordinate with all departments for training related activities.
Perform any tasks as assigned by the
Management.
As Trainee-People & Culture Coordinator, we expect?from you:
Degree / Higher Diploma /Diploma in Hospitality Management / Human Resources Management / ManagementStudy.
A minimum of 6 months hoteloperational working experience.
Administration / HumanResources related experience within the hospitality or high end customerservice discipline a plus.
?Fluent in English and Chinese(verbal, written and comprehension)
Ability to coordinate multipletasks??
Ability to interact with peoplefrom a variety of cultures
Sound knowledge of hospitalityindustry essential
Excellent communication andpresentation skills

作為實習生-人才及文化,您將負責以下職責:
翻譯培訓材料。
準備培訓材料。
維護創意培訓公告欄。
維護培訓檔案系統。
準備每月培訓日程表。
跟蹤月度培訓計劃和部門培訓報告。
準備培訓報告。
準備,更新和維護培訓記錄,包括人力資源管理信息系統。
維護和更新所有培訓和發展資源的庫存。
根據需要布置培訓室。
確保培訓設備始終處于良好的運行狀態。
確保訓練室的良好環境。
組織和協調培訓相關活動。
協助人才及文化部門處理與同事有關的活動。
準備和保存培訓費用和報銷記錄。
準備每月考勤記錄。
為學習和發展團隊提供優秀的辦公室行政支持。
與各部門協調培訓相關活動。
執行管理層分配的任何任務。
作為實習生-人才及文化,我們對您的期望:
學位/高級文憑/酒店管理/人力資源管理/管理學文憑。
至少6個月的酒店運營工作經驗。
有酒店或高端客戶服務領域行政/人力資源相關工作經驗者優先。
流利的中英文(口頭,書面和理解)
