Requirements
崗位要求
· Degree in hotel manager , tourism
management , business administration or equivalent ;
.酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理學(xué)位或同等學(xué)歷;
· Solid knowledge of Front Office operations ;
.扎實(shí)的前廳運(yùn)作和日常運(yùn)營(yíng)知識(shí);
· Good service awareness and attitude , ensurehigh quality service to both internal and external guests ;
.有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)和態(tài)度,保證向理療院內(nèi)部和外部客人提供高質(zhì)量的服務(wù);
· Familiar with the front desk standards , processes and procedures of international luxury branded hotels ;
.熟悉國(guó)際奢華品牌酒店的前臺(tái)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、流程和程序
· Excellent knowledge and very familiar withall software ' s ;
.熟練掌握各類軟件;
· Good communication and interpretationskill ;.溝通能力較強(qiáng),具備良好的人際交往技巧;
· One year experience in similar position inhospitality industry .
