Requirements
崗位要求
· Degree in hotel manager , tourism
management , business administration or equivalent ;
.酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理學位或同等學歷;
· Solid knowledge of Front Office operations ;
.扎實的前廳運作和日常運營知識;
· Good service awareness and attitude , ensurehigh quality service to both internal and external guests ;
.有良好的服務意識和態度,保證向理療院內部和外部客人提供高質量的服務;
· Familiar with the front desk standards , processes and procedures of international luxury branded hotels ;
.熟悉國際奢華品牌酒店的前臺標準、流程和程序
· Excellent knowledge and very familiar withall software ' s ;
.熟練掌握各類軟件;
· Good communication and interpretationskill ;.溝通能力較強,具備良好的人際交往技巧;
· One year experience in similar position inhospitality industry .
