Maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs
4.禮賓實習生:配合禮賓團隊完成出色服務,大門入口服務,歡迎,開車門,下行李和停車
指引;做好大堂服務,包括客人的指引,迎接客人,送別客人,提供叫車服務;積極提供客人
感興趣的酒店服務信息;負責挑選,保管和分發客人的信件及行政信件,并做好無人接收證
件處理,完成準確的訪客人員登記
