MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 責(zé)任概要 :
To serve as the mainpoint of contacting for all guests’ requests and needs. associate isresponsible for answering calls in order, recording the guest requests and thenpursuing the issue to a resolution. The associate must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and fully own theguest issue. When in communication with the guest, the associate must be proactive in every area including offering additionalservices. Most importantly the associate mustcoordinate the response to the guest issue and then follow up with the guest toensure satisfaction with the result.
作為處理所有客人需求的主要服務(wù)中心,接線員的主要職責(zé)是按規(guī)定接聽(tīng)電話,記錄客人的要求然后盡快完成。接線員在處理客人要求的過(guò)程中須始終保持禮貌的態(tài)度。在與客人交流的過(guò)程中,接線員須積極對(duì)待并提供更進(jìn)一步的服務(wù)。作為接線員,最重要的是須通過(guò)協(xié)調(diào)后給客人以答復(fù),并且后續(xù)跟進(jìn)以確保客人對(duì)處理結(jié)果滿意。
