BASIC FUNCTION 基本職責(zé)
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)市場傳訊團(tuán)隊(duì),制定及執(zhí)行市場推廣計(jì)劃,開展酒店宣傳,樹立和維護(hù)酒店公眾形象。
Lead Marketing Communications Team, produces and implement a marketing plan which promotes. Builds and maintains prestigious image of the hotel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 職責(zé)和義務(wù)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)市場傳訊部的日常管理工作:
In charge daily management work Marketing Communications Dept.:
1) 嚴(yán)格要求部門員工的日常行為并幫助員工提高工作技能。
Discipline reservation agents’ daily works and assist them improve working skills.
2) 通過有效的管理技巧鼓勵(lì)員工和激發(fā)員工的工作積極性。
Encourage and work up employees’ enthusiasm by using effective management skills.
3) 安排員工班次,視情況安排員工加班及休假。
Arrange work shift, overtime and leave.
4) 完善部門各項(xiàng)管理規(guī)章制度,制定培訓(xùn)大綱,定期開展員工培訓(xùn)。
Improve policy and procedure of department. Make training plan and conduct trainings.
2. 開展酒店各項(xiàng)市場傳訊工作 Develop work of MarCom. For hotel:
1) 按照酒店銷售和市場計(jì)劃編訂公關(guān)活動(dòng)方案。
According the plan of sales and marketing produces the public relations activities plan of hotel.
2) 給地方、地區(qū)傳媒推送新的酒店信息。
Issued hotel information to media, included local, regional.
3) 處理相關(guān)文稿及信息收集。
Handle and collect the relevant documents and information.
4) 為酒店住客或新聞媒介按需提供公關(guān)服務(wù)。
Provide public service for hotel guests and media.
5) 撰寫、編輯和檢查酒店推廣宣傳資料。
Writing, edit and checked the information of hotel promotion.
6) 實(shí)施所有通過審批的廣告宣傳計(jì)劃。
Implemented the marketing plan that the approved.
7) 酒店形象設(shè)計(jì)和推廣。
Design and promoted the hotel image.
3. 維護(hù)酒店公共關(guān)系 Maintenance public relations of hotel:
1) 與新聞媒體建立良好關(guān)系并保持緊密聯(lián)系。
Establish a good relationship with the news media and keep close contact.
2) 了解集團(tuán)其他酒店公關(guān)活動(dòng)情況。
Be aware the sister hotel public relations activities.
3) 出席有價(jià)值的慶典活動(dòng)。
Attended the valuable celebration.
4) 代表酒店回應(yīng)新聞、媒體的咨詢。
On behalf of the hotel, respond to news media consultant.
5) 評估地方團(tuán)體/慈善活動(dòng)的價(jià)值,建議酒店參與。
Evaluate the activities in the value of the local community / charity, and to recommend the hotel to participate in.
6) 接待貴賓、記者、傳媒、酒店業(yè)人員和公關(guān)人員。
Reception VIP, journalists, media, hotel staff and public relations personnel.
7) 安排團(tuán)體參觀酒店的事宜,并協(xié)助部門做好配合工作。
Arrange group visited hotel issues, and assist the departments to do a good job of work.
4. 協(xié)助市場銷售總監(jiān)工作,監(jiān)督部門職員工作,保證市場傳訊工作順利完成。
Assist the DOSM, supervision dept. staff, ensure the successful completion of the work of marketing communications.
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
知識(shí) Education Requirement
1. 學(xué)歷要求:相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)專科及以上
Academic requirement: colleague certification and above
2. 專業(yè)要求:傳媒,廣告,管理,營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)
Professional requirements: media, advertising, management, marketing and other related professional
3. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:三年以上相關(guān)職位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Working experience: at least three years related experience
技能 Skills
1)專業(yè)技能要求Professional Skills:
全面了解并掌握酒店的設(shè)施設(shè)備、各種服務(wù)項(xiàng)目、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)、酒店經(jīng)營方針及銷售策略等信息。Be aware the facilities and equipment of hotel, all kinds of services, product characteristics, the hotel management and sales strategy information.
掌握新聞、廣告、宣傳等專業(yè)知識(shí),熟悉營銷和推廣業(yè)務(wù)。
Be aware the news, advertising, publicity and other professional knowledge, familiar with marketing and promotion.
具有廣泛的社交活動(dòng)能力。Has a wide range of social activities.
熟練使用英語。Proficient use the English.
2)管理技能要求 Management Skills:
掌握酒店管理知識(shí),掌握公共關(guān)系學(xué)、心理學(xué)、行為科學(xué)等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。
Master the hotel management knowledge, master the basic knowledge of public relations, psychology, behavioral science.
具有較強(qiáng)的管理能力,熟悉本部門工作,能對下級進(jìn)行有效的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
Has strong ability of management, familiar with the work of the Department, effective leadership on subordinates.
具有較強(qiáng)的判斷、決策、創(chuàng)新和應(yīng)變能力。
