Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
? Ensure guest requests are handled in a timely manner.
? Ensure owner profiles are kept up to date
? Be fully knowledgeable of complex facilities,Responsible for the owners to check in, repair, inquiry, complaint handing ,property fees collection and other servies.
? Advise guests of points of interest in the surrounding area.
? Ensure all key minimum standards are kept to the highest level.
? Ensure a neat and tidy appearance at all times.
? Ensure the efficient and prompt handling and delivery of all messages, facsimiles, mail and parcels within the residences.
? To be familiar with all guest services and information they may require.
? Be familiar with all hotel policies and ensure to keep informed all changes and additions.
? Maintain a library of all relevant directories and business information.
? Be familiar with all the courier companies and their charges.
? Be familiar with all daily events and functions within the hotel and to maintain the appropriate desk folder. Share the information with all Concierge staff of such events.
? Ensure desk, lobby, residences entrances and baggage area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
? Ensure all Residences equipment is accounted for and is in good working order.
? Attend meetings as required.
? Aid in the smooth operation of the car service, and to ensure that information is passed to airport representatives for all arriving and departing VIP’s.
? Project and maintain the image of the highest standards within the Residences at all times.
? Advise the Residences Management of all guest comments.
? Record all incidents or service failures.
? Maximise the sale of our internal outlets.
? Maintain amicable and co-operative working relations with other departments in the Hotel.
? Comply with all Health and Safety legislation, using working practices that are safe and sensible to your colleagues and to yourself.
? Attend any courses Management may deem beneficial.
? Any additional duties as assigned per operation needs

? 始終保持儀表整潔。
? 確保與服務(wù)生一起高效、及時(shí)地處理和遞送公寓內(nèi)的所有信息、傳真、郵件和包裹。
? 熟悉客人需要的所有服務(wù)和資料。
? 熟悉全部公寓政策,確保了解所有的變更和新增規(guī)定。
? 保有所有相關(guān)目錄和業(yè)務(wù)資料庫。
? 熟悉速遞公司的業(yè)務(wù)和收費(fèi)。
? 熟悉公寓的全部日?;顒?dòng)和事件,保持有關(guān)的桌面文件夾。與這類事件有關(guān)的所有禮賓員共享這些信息。
? 保證前臺(tái)、大廳、公寓入口和行李區(qū)始終是干凈、整潔的。
? 確保所有公寓設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常。
? 按要求出席會(huì)議。
? 幫助順利完成接送服務(wù),確保所有即將抵達(dá)和離去的所有VIP的信息已傳遞給機(jī)場(chǎng)代表。
? 始終突出和保持酒店內(nèi)的最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形象。
? 把所有客人的意見通告公寓管理層。
? 記錄一切事件或服務(wù)問題。
? 最大化內(nèi)部餐廳的銷售。
? 與酒店其他部門保持愉快、合作的工作關(guān)系。
? 遵守一切健康安全法規(guī),保持對(duì)同事和自己都安全和適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ髁?xí)慣。
? 參加管理層認(rèn)為有益的課程。
? 根據(jù)需要調(diào)整擔(dān)任其他被安排的工作職責(zé)。
Knowledge and Experience知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Proficient in the Mandarin (verbal & written), second language is an asset.
? 1 year previous experience as a Hotel Concierge in a luxury hotel desirable,or Experience in high-end property service.
? Excellent knowledge of Chengdu and surround area a asset
? Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective
? Must be flexible in terms of working hours
? Knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite an asset
? High-end residential service experience is preferred
? The knowledge of a great Concierge is the expectation of our Guests when staying at Fairmont Residences. Your ability to anticipate Guests’ needs and make informed suggestions will ensure they have a truly memorable stay.

Your team and working environment:
Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Willow Stream Spa, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant, a signature Sichuan Chinese restaurant Chang Yi, and our feature restaurant MIKU occupying the top level of the hotel.
