您的職責(zé)是在遵循凱悅酒店集團(tuán)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略及品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下,保持所在部門的高效營運(yùn),并滿足員工、客人及酒店業(yè)主的期望。 通過適當(dāng)?shù)匿N售和營銷計(jì)劃確定酒店在當(dāng)?shù)厥袌鲋械亩ㄎ?,并確保酒店產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)同營銷企劃所創(chuàng)建的定位及品牌承諾相一致。

Operational
? 協(xié)助餐廳經(jīng)理確保根據(jù)經(jīng)營理念對(duì)部門進(jìn)行高效地管理,根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供禮貌、專業(yè)、高效和靈活的服務(wù)。
Assists the Outlet Manager to ensure that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
? 在部門內(nèi)凡事親歷親為,始終在餐廳參與運(yùn)營,特別是在工作繁忙期間。
Is a hands-on manager and is present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.
? 建立并嚴(yán)格遵守所有運(yùn)營設(shè)備、用品和備用品的庫存量,保證餐廳的順暢運(yùn)營。
Establishes and strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
? 協(xié)助每月進(jìn)行運(yùn)營設(shè)備及營業(yè)用品盤點(diǎn)。
Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
? 在餐廳經(jīng)理缺勤時(shí),就每日準(zhǔn)備、服務(wù)及菜單為員工召開班前溝通會(huì)。
In the absence of Outlet Manager, conducts daily pre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service and menu.
? 在每日運(yùn)營及質(zhì)量控制方面與廚務(wù)部密切配合。
Liaises with the Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.
? 具備充足的菜單和酒水知識(shí),能夠向客人推薦和促銷餐飲產(chǎn)品。
Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
? 確保餐廳前場和后場始終整潔有序。
Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organised, both at the front as well as the back of house.
? 與客房部合作,嚴(yán)格按照清潔時(shí)間表進(jìn)行清潔。
Liaises and organises with Housekeeping Department that the established cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.
? 定期巡視檢查部門,以確保衛(wèi)生情況始終符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Conducts regular inspections of the Outlet ensuring standards of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
? 協(xié)調(diào)并維護(hù)設(shè)備維修報(bào)告并且認(rèn)真記錄。
Coordinates and maintains machine maintenance reports and records.
? 處理客人所有關(guān)于食品、酒水和服務(wù)方面的要求以及疑問。
Handles all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service.
? 確保所有員工和客人建立良好的賓客關(guān)系。
Ensures that all associates establish a rapport with guests.
? 建立以及維護(hù)酒店的食品安全管理體系,督促員工按要求執(zhí)行,對(duì)員工進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)。 Establish and maintain the food safety management system, supervise the associates to follow the requirements and train the associates accordingly.
