Duties & Responsibilities崗位職責:
1. Assit guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Reception related matter.
高效的、禮貌親切的為客人提供專業的前臺接待服務。
2. Maintain a high standard of service and quality delviery at all times.
至始至終為客人提供符合品牌要求的高質量服務。
3. Check in & Check out for guests and provide high quality to meet their needs.
為客人辦理入住及退房手續,用高質量的服務滿足客人的需求。
4. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
完成上級交待的其它任務
Qualifications崗位要求:
1. College and above.
大專及以上學歷
2. Good interpersonal and conmmunication skill.
良好的人際交往能力
3. Good guest interaction skills
與客人良好的互動能力
4. Knowledge of Opera would be of advantage.
熟悉Opera 系統的優先考慮
